OneSender Terms of Service
By accessing or using OneSender, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Google’s Terms of Service, and Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies. OneSender is engineered strictly for authorized, compliant business communications with a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited spam.
11. Agreement to Terms & Identity
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “You”) and ViDLabs (“Company”, “we”, or “our”), regarding your access to and use of the OneSender enterprise WhatsApp messaging software accessible via https://onesender.in, https://app.onesender.in, and related edge services.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue access immediately.
22. Account Registration & Google Authentication
When creating an account on OneSender, you agree to the following conditions:
- Google Sign-In / OAuth 2.0: You may register or log in using Google OAuth 2.0. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and sessions.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your entity or business.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Spam Compliance
OneSender strictly adheres to anti-spam and telecom messaging regulations. You agree NOT to use OneSender for:
44. Third-Party Integrations (Google & Meta)
OneSender integrates with authorized third-party APIs, including Google Identity Services (OAuth 2.0) and the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You agree to comply with Google’s Terms of Service and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms. OneSender is not liable for upstream outages or policy enforcement actions taken by Meta or Google against your accounts.
55. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
OneSender subscription tiers include monthly dispatch credits. Credits are deducted per message transaction. All billing policies and dispute procedures are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
66. Intellectual Property Rights
The OneSender platform, source code, UI designs, and logos are the proprietary intellectual property of ViDLabs. You retain all ownership rights to the contact directories and marketing content you upload.
77. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
OneSender is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViDLabs disclaims all warranties. In no event shall ViDLabs be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream carrier blocks or user non-compliance.
88. Suspension & Account Termination
ViDLabs reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found engaging in unsolicited spam, abusive activities, or violating Meta policies, without prior notice.
99. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
