Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your OneSender subscription at any time through your workspace dashboard or by contacting ViDLabs support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with OneSender Pro or Ultra plans, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase, provided that fewer than 20% of the plan's monthly credit quota has been consumed.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method used during checkout.
