Meta Platform Data Deletion Compliance
In compliance with Meta Platform Terms (Section 4.f) and global data privacy standards (GDPR Article 17 — Right to Erasure, and CCPA/CPRA), OneSender provides transparent, accessible mechanisms for users to delete their account, authentication credentials, and communication records from our systems.
How to Remove OneSender from Your Facebook Account
If you connected OneSender via Facebook Login or Meta Embedded Signup, you can revoke permissions and delete application access directly from your Facebook settings:
- Log in to your Facebook profile, click your profile icon in the top right, and select Settings & Privacy ➔ Settings.
- In the left-hand navigation sidebar, locate Permissions and click Apps and Websites.
- Browse your list of connected applications and locate OneSender (App ID:
1743039106951300). - Click the Remove button next to the OneSender application.
- Confirm by clicking Remove. Facebook will immediately revoke all access tokens granted to OneSender.
How to Instantly Purge Your Data via OneSender WebApp
OneSender provides a 1-click self-service purge module in the customer workspace dashboard:
Log In to Workspace
Visit app.onesender.in and open Settings ➔ Profile.
Select Purge Account
Navigate to "Danger Zone ➔ Purge My Workspace".
Permanent Deletion
Confirm deletion. All contacts, logs, and tokens are instantly wiped.
